Fellowship Information
The award is intended to provide an opportunity for a graduating college senior to undertake a one-year public service project anywhere in the world immediately following graduation. The award is not intended to help individuals in need of financial assistance or college tuition.
All graduating seniors from accredited colleges in the US are eligible. Awards are based solely on the quality of the proposal, academic record, and other personal achievements. Semi-finalists are personally interviewed.
It can be undertaken by the student alone or working through established charitable, religious, educational, governmental, or other public service organizations.
1 year public-service project
At least one award per year. The Foundation provides $10,000 for a service project; $5000 is awarded at the start of the project, and the remaining $5000 is awarded upon receipt of a six-month progress report.
